01. Scope & Changes
All services are defined in a written Work Statement covering scope, timeline, pricing, and acceptance criteria. Any change in scope must be agreed in writing and may adjust timeline and pricing.
Engagement Terms
General terms & conditions.
The following is a condensed summary of the key terms governing every Enpramex engagement. Engagements are bound by the full Frenchy Digital, L.L.C. Terms & Conditions, which are incorporated by reference into every quote and statement of work.

Client agrees to provide timely access, feedback, and approvals. If Client is unresponsive for 60 consecutive days, remaining balance becomes immediately due and remaining scope is nullified and non-refundable.
03. Payment & Transaction Fee
All quoted prices are in USD. A nominal 3% transaction fee applies to all payments processed (one-time and recurring). All third-party software, hosting, and licensing fees are billed directly to the Client.
04. Platform Integrations
Prices assume our fully coded proprietary system. Integration with WordPress or any other third-party platform/CMS is an additional flat $3,000 USD. Third-party plugins, themes, and SaaS subscriptions are the Client's responsibility.
05. No Guarantees of Results
Services are delivered on a best-efforts basis using industry-standard practices. No guarantee is made regarding rankings, traffic, conversions, revenue, AI-generated output quality, or any other performance metric.
06. Third-Party Services
We do not control or warrant third-party platforms, APIs, plugins, or integrations. Platform policy or pricing changes by third parties are not our responsibility.
07. Confidentiality
Both parties agree to maintain confidentiality of all proprietary information shared during the engagement for a minimum of five (5) years.
08. Intellectual Property
Upon full payment, Client receives rights to final deliverables as specified in the Work Statement. Our underlying tools, frameworks, brand assets, and proprietary code remain our exclusive property.
09. Source Code Delivery
Upon delivery, Client must verify completeness, functionality, and suitability within 24 hours and report any issues in writing to legal@frenchydigital.com. Claims not raised in that window are conclusively waived.
10. Client Backups
Client is solely responsible for maintaining secure, independent backups of all data and content. We are not the official custodian or record-keeper of Client data.
11. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, total aggregate liability is capped at the lesser of fees paid in the prior 12 months under the applicable Work Statement, or $5,000 USD. No liability for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
12. Maintenance & Support
General maintenance is available at 10% of project budget per month. Post-launch support is included for 30 days from launch on all packages.
